Billing Policy

1. Monthly Billing Cycle

Perkly offers a software as a service (SaaS). Users agree to a monthly billing cycle in exchange for access and usage of the Perkly software at Perkly.io.  Payment is made each month on the anniversary day of registration.  For example, should a user enroll on the 7th day of the month, they will be billed every 7th of the month continuing in perpetuity until cancellation.

2. Free Trial

Free Trial offers are limited in usage and scope.  In addition, free trial may only be used by one (1) business or individual for a total of one (1) trial period.  At the end of the free trial, your access to Perkly software may be terminated unless the user registers and pays for the service.  Free trials do not collect your credit card information, and therefore cancellation of a free trial is unnecessary as the service will automatically discontinue at the end of the trial period.

Perkly reserves the right to end and/ or extend the free trial period at anytime. Perkly also reserves the right to add, remove, restrict, or otherwise augment the free trial offer including services provided, access to, usage of, and registration requirements, at anytime.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users who wish to cancel a paying membership may do so in the following ways:

  1. Use the cancellation feature by logging into their specific user account and click the "Cancel" button.
  2. Request a cancellation by contacting support via email at support@perkly.io.
    Please note: requests for cancellation via email (or any other means other than that listed in Billing Policy 3.1) is required to be received at least 5 business days prior to the billing anniversary date. Requests received with less than 5 business days until the anniversary date may not be processed in time.  It is the user's responsibility to ensure cancellation requests are made according to these guidelines.

Upon cancellation, the user's account will still function.  Access to the software and its features will remain until the end of  the billing term.  Cancelation does not terminate the user account, nor does it delete any data.  Users can re-subscribe and continue using the service.

Upon cancellation, the user forfeits their rights & privileges to user the service including, but not limited to, access of all users data.

Perkly reserves the right to terminate & eliminate any or all users data for any reason, at any time.  To ensure complete access to data, user must maintain and active subscription.

4. Refund Policy

Perkly does not offer a refund for any unused services.  Instead, we offer a Free Trial tier which, though limited, provides users with access to the software including all functionality.

5. Disputes

User agrees to provide Perkly 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Should Perkly receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer's behalf before Perkly has been given a chance to resolve the issue, Perkly has the right to charge the customer for its time spent in resolving such disputes and any associated fees incurred by Perkly, in addition to the $50 chargeback fee mentioned above. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, Perkly retains the right to collect on any Services or fees that are due. Perkly may submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency. Once a chargeback has been received, Perkly has the right to suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
